Not too much going around here today……… I went to a wedding on the Cape last night so it was slow going this morning.
I eventually whipped up a batter of Chobani blueberry pancakes.
And topped them with a sliced banana and pure maple syrup. Once again, they turned out delicious!! 😀
After breakfast, we drove back to Boston. I was craving a good home-made iced coffee but wanted to switch it up a bit so I made a coffee frappe, sort of….
The following went in the blender:
- 1 cup cold, hazelnut flavored brewed coffee
- 1 cup ice
- almond milk
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (optional)
It tasted great but next time I’ll be a little more patient and wait for the coffee to cool down before making this drink. Then I’m sure it’ll taste amazzzzzing!
