Motivation Monday!

It happens to all of us…  you wake up tired, struggle to get through the work day, sit in traffic, and by the time you walk through your front door all you want to do is change into comfy clothes and plop on the couch.  But we need to find a way to workout.  To squeeze in a couple decent workouts a week.  To get our butts in gear and break a sweat not only for our physical health but also for our mental health.

For me, I feel 100% better when I’m consistently working out 4-5 times a week.  This doesn’t always happen but  when it does I feel more energized, happier, and less stressed. 😀

So even on days like today when Hurricane Sandy is storming through, we still need to find a way to work out.  Instead of running outside or venturing to the gym, you can always do circuit workouts in your living room, exercise to Wii Fitness, or check out the free fitness video’s offered on OnDemand!       

Here’s a little Motivation to us get MOVING!!
