We all know the treadmill isn’t the most exciting thing in the world. But since it’s winter and the roads are covered in snow, we have to suck it up and jump on the ‘mill from time to time. In order to make it a little more exciting, I threw together a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout. HIIT’s are awesome because they burn a ton of fat while also improving your athletic performance .
It’s important to note, that HIIT is all about SPEED…. So pick up the intensity and push yourself during the sprints!
